I’m a journalist based in Devon, UK. This blog is a hub for my posts about the news business, updates from my life and links to my writing. I live in Exmouth and work as a production editor at South West Media Group in Plymouth for the Western Morning News and Western Daily Press. The views here are my own. I’ve worked in the regional media for 25 years as a reporter, news editor and production journalist. I’ve been involved in social media strategy, SEO, copywriting and public relations. I’m interested in the future of news and local news blogs like Exmouth Live in my home town.
